Taking a set of approximately 20 twists made in a half circle in the front centre, I then added two flat twisted rows down either side (you can cornrow these if you can). Using this as a base I then used afro puffs and French pleats to create an array of simple yet effective up do's. To get the end ringlet simply leave an inch of hair loose at the end of the twist and apply a little gel and roll between your fingers till the strand curls up.
left to right (top) Swept to one side and either clipped down or swept neatly behind the ear; to the side but left more freely. Apply some bendy rollers to achieve a nice end curl; swept back and pinned with ends left to spray around the afro puff; neatly pinned down in a twisted front quiff; elegantly swept around a French pleated back, all bobby pinned down.
