When I wear twists, I like to style them in sexy up do's. Here's one of them. I two strand twisted the hair into medium twists with the sides flat twisted for an inch before the twist. Pop a little gel to the ends and they'll just curl up. To achieve the top 'hawk' if your hair is short you can simply make small pony tails all the way down the middle and spread them out for a spiky effect. Due to the length of my hair I had to pull the back up in a pony tail and pin the hair forward. In the centre there is a small ponytail which has been pulled forward and then the twists in the front middle are again pinned up to create this funky twist hawk style. You can untwist the twists on top at a later date for a fuller front. It's a fun and funky clubbing look.
